· Budget and or Design-build Pricing Services

o If you are looking for a budget number, to go with a new warehouse that you need to build or any other type of basic commercial or residential structure, we have the services that you have been looking for! You will be able to work with one of our experienced estimating personnel in our Preconstruction and Engineering department to provide you with a one on one experience. This budget and or design will provide you with an estimated budget price that will really give you what you will need to meet the local and national electrical codes and provide you with the knowledge that you will be able to build your project on or possibly below that number.

· CAD Design and Drafting and Plotting Services

o We can prepare and design the drawings and provide the plotting services of the electrical plans and specifications. We provide detailed proposals on any of the many projects that need either the basic shell or a complicated electrical infrastructure designed and built from the ground up.

· Focused Management

o The project manager that will be assigned to your project will provide you with a consistent point of contact throughout the entire job. He or she will provide you with the comfort of knowing that your project will be done in a professional and timely matter. o As soon as you call us for a service project we immediately begin a one on one consultation to try to find the best avenue to provide you with prompt service at a price that will fit into your budget. We will either provide you with a qualified technician at an hourly rate to take care of your needs or if it is a project that can be estimated we will provide you with a free proposal that will give you different options that you can choose from to fit into your budget.
